Purchase and subscription help

If your subscription is not recognized:

1. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for purchase.
2. Open Lumra and tap Restore Purchases.
3. If it still does not work, email us and include:
   • Device model
   • iOS version
   • App version
   • Screenshot of the error
